Silverstone 2025

Back in the fall of 2023, my friend Andy asked if I wanted to go to the Las Vegas Formula 1 race. I said, "Andy, I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't gamble, and I don't whore around. What else would I do if we went besides watch the race?"

I said "If I was going to a Formula 1 race, I would go to the mothership, Silverstone!"

And that is how the planning started for going to the race this summer. I looked around, and finally settled on Grand Prix Tours. The price was reasonable, and they had an extra day on Monday after the race, with tours of the Silverstone Museum, and a private Red Bull Factory tour! I have been trying the past couple of years to work that into a trip over to England, but this was perfect since it was part of their package.

I decided to splurge when Cherry from Grand Prix Tours called me to tell me a Red Bull Paddock ticket was available for Friday. I can't wait, as it should be a great weekend!
